Dr. Krisztina Takács is working as a senior research fellow in Food Science Research Institute, Budapest of National Agricultural and Innovation Centre, at the Department of Biology. She got her PhD degree in 2009 at the Doctoral School of Food Science, Corvinus University of Budapest. Her main research areas are food protein (expressed, antinutritive, potential allergen, gut resistant, bioactive, transgenic) analysis such as development of protein separation and purification technologies for protein structural studies, protein-base immune-analytics, in vitro static digestion modelling in special view of food allergy and healthy nutrition.
