Erika Szabó PhD Koppányné
Erika Koppány Szabó started her research work at Central Food Science Research Institute in 1998, (recently: National Agricultural Research and Innovation Centre, Food ScienceResearch Institute) department of Biology. MSc in Food engineer, MSc in Engineering Teacher, PhD in Chemistry Science, Postgraduated Specialist in Plant Genetics and Plant Breeding. Research acitivites on DNA based PCR, PCR-RFLP and real-time PCR methods for identification of different animal species, food allergens, and determination of the bacteriocin producing ability of different Lactobacillus stains. Scientific memberships are in Committe on Food Science of Hungarian Academy of Science, Hungarian Society for Nutrition, Hungarian Society for Biotechology, Committe for Pasta of Codex Alimentarius Hungaricus, Committe for Meat products of Codex Alimentarius Hungaricus
